At CIVIVI Knives, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal to ensure tracked delivery.

  Package Securely

  Place the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and protective cases, to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
